We ship worldwide. Shipping and handling is based on the weight of your order and the destination. Please add the items to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. You will be given the exact shipping and handling amount prior to entering your payment information and completing checkout.
I added items to my cart, but it's empty. Why?

How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?
We ship our orders the same day whenever possible. If an order misses our cutoff it will be shipped the following business day. All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order ships.
What should I do if it has been more than 24 hours and I have not received my shipping notification?
Sometimes the emails we send get rerouted to a spam or bulk mail folder. If you have not received your shipping notification, please check and see if the email was rerouted to a spam or bulk mail folder first. If you still have not received a notification, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resend your package tracking number. If your email was sent during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM ET) we do our best to respond within 4 hours. If you've sent it during non-business hours you can expect a response within 24 hours.

I remember that the vinyl LP record versions of some Agapeland musicals had booklets. Do the CDs have booklets?
The CD sleeves have all the words to the songs to help you learn them and sing along. The sleeves do not have any story books or artwork. The Music Machine and the Agapeland Character Builder Story Books are also available on DVD video.
Are the Agapeland Fruit of the Spirit books and tapes still available?
The Agapeland Fruit of the Spirit Story Books, called the Character builder series, were originally released with an audio tape or LP have been converted to video. Do you carry the sheet music, score, choral arrangements, or accompaniment CDs for any of these musicals?
Unfortunately, these are no longer produced and are no longer available. We do not have any further information at this time.
I don't see a title that I am interested in. Is it available?
Many Agapeland musicals have been rereleased onto CD, but not all.

How can I return an item?
Yes, new, unopened CDs can be returned within 30 days. We are unable to accept returns of opened CDs.
Send an email to AgapelandMusic@aol.com and request an RMA number for the items you want to return. Returns should be insured for your purchase price. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
